At Oadby Kickboxing we concentrate on Kickboxing for Fitness
rather than the fighting side which can and will put most people off.
Each session is always different , so you can never get used to
the same type of training.
The sessions are tough but always fun to do.
There will be fitness and stamina routines in each class,
and High impact Pad and Bag work mixed in with core strengthening
and flexibility exercises.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
